We have taken this beautiful Mexican dish originating from the state of Jalisco and added a little Cue Point twist to it!

Mexico inspires some of the most beautiful dishes that flood the Western palate. We pay tribute to this dish + show our inspiration + grateful to be inspired by some of the worlds most amazing recipes, pallets and ingredients.

Birria is all about delicious meaty, cheesy stew, have added some of our classic sauces and reconstructed the traditional Mexican dish to make it Nacolicious and give it that English Afghan Twist everyone needs in their lives!

Out Zaatar New Potatoes are simply delicious, simple to prepare and if you love aromatic potatoes, and want a real crisp on your potatoes but with a soft delicious centre, then these are for you.

Pair them with the saffron infused sweet corn or herby coleslaw.

Creamy, red cabbage based crunchy slaw infused w/ sharp citrus notes and fragrant fresh herbs to really balance out the smokey flavours of our BBQ based dishes.

Medium = 6 - 8 ppl

Large = 10 - 12 ppl
